How do I get to the hotel?

Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
We do not offer a complimentary shuttle service.

How far is the hotel from the airport?

Is it possible to pre-book airport-to-hotel transportation?
Airport-to-hotel transportation requires advance reservation so that we can ensure everything runs smoothly. Please see Transfer page for more details.

What sort of transportation service is provided by the resort?
We provide a shared van pick-up from both Phuket Airport and Phuket hotels; followed by a boat trip to the hotel. Fee is applicable, please see Transfer page for more information.

What are differences between your resort boat and the public ferry?
Our resort boat takes 1.5 hours to reach the hotel, and our staff will take complete care of guests and luggage. On-the-other-hand, the public ferry takes 2-3 hours to get to Phi Phi Island, where guests will have to change to a long-tail boat to reach the resort.

Can you provide transport from locations other than Phuket?
Yes, we offer transfer packages from Krabi, Koh Lanta and Tonsai Bay Pier, please visit our Transfers page for more details.

What time is check in/check out?
Check in is 14:00 and check out is 11:00

Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
We always do our best to accommodate early check-in and late checkout requests; however, these requests will be granted on an individual basis, when available.

I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
You will need to contact the customer service department of the website through which you made your reservation.

Is my ID/passport required at check-in?
We require presentation of passport at the time of check-in.

What age do kids stay for free?
Kids under 4 years old stay free in existing bedding when accompanied by an adult.

Yes, Ruan Thai Restaurant offers exceptional authentic Thai cuisine, with the building modeled after a traditional Thai home.

Is there somewhere at the resort where guests can chill out, and grab a drink in comfort?
There are a number of good options at the resort. We have our Pool-Bar, Beach House Grill and Bean/Co coffee lounge.

Phi Phi is renowned for its seafood, where is the best place to experience it at the resort?
Great fresh seafood is available at almost all of our dining locations; however, we would recommend trying the Beach House Grill and Chill first, with the freshest seafood grilled to perfection and the sea breeze through your hair.

Can guests make special requests for wine or other alcoholic beverages?
A wide range of wine and alcoholic beverages are available for purchase at the restaurants and bars.

Can guests make special requests for romantic dinner set up?
Yes, A romantic dinner on the beach or private dinner on your balcony can be arranged, simply contact the Restaurant Manager.

In-room dining is available with a limited menu from 06:00 – 24:00

We are located directly upon an un-spoilt stretch of beautiful coastline.

Do you have taxi boats available?
The taxi boats are available from 06:00 – 16:00 and can be booked via our front desk or Recreation Centre. If you would like to use the taxi boat after 16:00, please make the booking in advance.

Do you have a spa? What are the hours?
Yes, Wana Spa offers a huge variety of treatments. Services are available from 09:00 – 21:00. Please see the Spa page for more information.

What are your signature Spa treatments?
Wana Spa specializes in full-sense treatments using locally sourced herbs. Try the Phi Phi Coconut Scrub, Floral Foot bath or the unique Healing Hot Stone Massage

What types of room are available, and what are the differences?
We offer Bungalow and Villa types with a wide range of sizes. All bungalows are located on the ground in different zones; beachfront, sea view and garden view. Villas are located on the hilltop featuring a private pool and stunning ocean view. Please visit Accommodation page for detailed room information.

Do the guestrooms have a bathtub?
Beachfront Junior Suites and Hillside Pool Villas have a bathtub.

Does the rate include breakfast?
We offer rates with breakfast included, and rates with breakfast excluded if a customer wishes, although additional breakfast options are available for purchase once at the hotel.

Do the guestrooms have mini-bars?
There are fully stocked mini-bars available in every guestroom for your convenience.

Will your rooms allow extra bed? Is there a charge?
Some rooms accommodate extra beds, available for baht 1,899. Cribs are free of charge.

How safe is the swimming at Loh Ba Kao Beach?
We have no Beach Lifeguard; however, our beach is a flat-coast and there are no dangerous animals in nearby waters.

What is the water temperature of the pools?
Our pools are kept at a comfortable 28 – 29 Celsius.

Can activities and diving be pre-booked?
Yes, the Recreation Centre/Diving opens from 07:00 – 21:00. Please contact Recreation for more information.

Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
Yes, the Fitness centre is located at the Recreation Centre. The fitness centre opens from 07:00 – 21:00, the free workout facility features treadmill, stationary bikes and weights.

Do you offer guests the opportunity to experience some traditional Thai activities?
Yes, we offer a authentic Thai cooking class and a Tonsai Village Shopping trip, visit our recreation page for more details.

We have heard about big game fishing in the Phi Phi area, can we give it a go?
Yes, we offer multiple Bug Game Fishing trips, by big boat and speedboat, see the recreation page for more details.

Any other activities you recommend we experience during our stay?

Is there high-speed Internet access?
Complimentary internet access is available at all Bungalows, Pool Villas, lobby, poolside, restaurants and bars.

Is there a gift shop on property? When is it open? What does it sell?
Yes, Chaba Gift Shop is located near the lobby, open from 07:00 – 22:00, selling gifts, souvenir items, beach clothes, snacks and drinks.

Is the resort carrying out any environmentally friendly initiatives?
Yes! We are dedicated to lowering our carbon footprint and creating an environmentally sustainable resort. We have initiated the planting of mangrove trees, the cleaning of coral reefs, a modern reverse osmosis plant and our monthly ‘Save the Sea’ activity day!

What is Save the Sea day? Can we take part?
On the 18th of each month, staff invites the resort guests to help out in the nearby waters. The day is spent sweeping a 1-kilometer radius for garbage, and then planting young coral specimens. This stops rubbish washing up on our beach and prevents sea life being damaged.

Do you offer any special wedding or vow renewal packages?
Yes, our resort is incredibly proud of our wedding ceremonies, we offer both Thai and Western ceremonies, which are usually held during sunset on our pristine beach. Visit our wedding page for more details
